Documents sent via email needed to be made clearer and a list of documents needed to fly would be useful, as there are so many sent at the same time it becomes a little confusing.

Company refusing to honour an offer advertised on their website at the time of booking. Staff not replying to emails and no communication from any management even after requesting it.

Unfortunately, and as you were advised at the time of booking, the promotion was subject to bookings within certain dates and you did not meet the criteria. If you would please email the customer liaison department we would endeavour to resolve the issue.

I wasn't advised at the time of booking, any recorded call you may have will show that. The advert was still on the website days after I had booked even though it had apparently finished in February. I booked in June, therefore was still being advertised 3 months after closing. That is a fault of holiday gems and they should honour any queries on this offer due to it still being displayed. The colleague I have been dealing with hads been abrupt in her emails and my request of contact from a manager has been completely ignored.
