My complaint was simply that I requested a cost breakdown (as indicated when you make a booking, ie. Hotel, transfers, flights, baggage) as, after checking what I had thought to be the correct price, I found that I was, in my opinion, overcharged to the tune of £74.00. Each time I have requested clarifiaction on this I have been dismissed with "we are unable to give a cost breakdown of seperate elements of a package holiday" - If this were true, how has a collective price been reached ?

When a cost is accepted as a package price we cannot advise the individual element costs. As with a brochure cost for packages you would not be able to ask for a breakdown even though they too have seperate elements to make the collective cost. Once the package is bonded under an ATOL licence we do not have the individual costs. We maintain and reiterate the contents of our complaint closure and regret that we have been unable to resolve this to your satisfaction.
