Thank you for your positive comments regarding our sales staff. This was a late booking and unfortunately, the cruise line do not issue or release documents immediately. Whilst we do regret the issue it is a matter over which we have no control. All other documents were released as soon as possible and on receipt of the passport details. We trust that the holiday was most enjoyable.

Our media adverts clearly state that the costs are 'from' and these are based on specific dates and other criteria. Should there be any deviation from these criteria, the costs may indeed change or if the seat allocation on which the offer is based be fully booked, the next price range will become applicable. We would advise that reviews on unregulated sites can be abused and we prefer to rely on feedback from clients that we can be sure have used our services. This does include Feefo. We trust that your holiday proceeds without further issue and thank you for your comments.

We do not print, intentionally or otherwise, a lower price than available. We have explained this in our first response. However, if the cost increase was not acceptable you were under no obligation to proceed with the booking and no funds would have been taken.
