I booked the holiday on line at a price of £1414 then got a call 24 hours later to say that the flight prices had gone up by a total of £126 which was an increase in flight prices due to holiday gems...

Thank you for your comments and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Our website is not live and every page of the order process indicated that costs are subject to change on confirmation. Whilst our sales agents are indeed in the midst of peak season, this would have no impact on any costings. Whilst our admin department is responsible for sending the booking confirmation documents, which is done within 24 hours of booking, they are not responsible for the content. As the holiday is packaged under the ATOL licence, no breakdown of individual elements is possible. We do trust that your holiday may progress without further issue.
