We apologise that you believe the telephone verification was unecessary, but we do these checks in order to protect our clients.
Card charges are displayed and advised by the booking agent at the time of booking.
Travel documents are issued on the first working day after booking where possible via email, and if they are required by post then these are issued approx 7 days prior to travel.

On other similar sites the displayed price is final (no extra card charge), no telephone verification and travel documents comes quickly even on non working day.
