We sincerely apologise for any delay on your call being answered. At times, the sheer volume of calls and the contents of that call may exceed our anticipated timeframes. In order to obtain the best possible options and costs, our agents will book different suppliers and/or brokers for your benefit. This does mean that some ancillary services may differ slightly in cost and this is a matte over which we have no control. The new documents with the addition of bags and seats was sent on 24 September 2014.

You say that we should have received confirmation of seat allocation for the return flight on the 24/09/2014 but did not book until 25/09/2014 ?
We still do not have that allocation

The booking was confirmed on 23 September and seats booked on 24 September. According to the recordings on your booking all documents were sent again on 29 September.
