At no time did we receive any issue regarding incorrect details. If this had been drawn to our attention we would have addressed the matter immediately. The charge taken erroneously has been refunded to your booking and we believe that all issues raised have been addressed timeously.

When I called to address my issues I was advised that I had to ring Avro myself to correct the passenger details. This should not be my job as the correct details should have been passed to begin with.
The agent who booked our holiday Natasha did not once ask for our date of birth details, but they somehow appeared on our Avro flight invoice with obviously the incorrect dates.
I am now still waiting for Holidaygems to pass me my updated flight invoice which was sent on Friday by Avro after I informed them of the correct details.
Also the charge has now been adressed which should have not even happened in the first place. Natasha informed us on the phone that no charge would take place via telephone booking. When I emailed the admin team to query, they then advised me in order to bypass the card charge in future you need to pay via cheque.
It seems that there is a lack of knowledge throughout the departments and there is no justification for any of this.
We called on Thursday at least 4 times to be told we would receive a call back from Natasha and the Manager, which still has not happened to this date.

At this time we have received no further invoice/confirmation from Avro and this will be forwarded once received. We shall follow up on the manager call back

We believe that there appears to be some confusion. The price of £48.00 is return not per flight. The price of £25.00 is per flight therefore a total cost of £50.00 including a £2.00 admin fee.

The order was cancelled as you had input your child's age as an infant when in fact the child is over two and regarded as a child not infant. This resulted in a significant increase to your cost. This was not a Gems error and we regret that we have been unable to resolve your complaint satisfactorily.
