We believe that you in resort has been handled by our admin department and the sales agent. We would advise that special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability on arrival. This is clearly stated on the documentation. We would suggest that you forward a formal complaint on return so that your issues may be addressed.

Thank you for your positive and constructive comments. We do appreciate that the welcome pack is extensive and you can change the settings on your printer to black only. That said, should you want documents sent by mail this can be done however, we are always concerned when delivery is to a foreign address. Gratuities are not compulsory and you may opt out on boarding the ship. The cruise lines do add this on so that all (and invisible) staff are also rewarded for good service. However, it is your prerogative to opt out and tip on an individual basis.
