Thank you for your positive comments. Addressing the negatives, Easyjet is a low cost carrier and you cannot purchase meals prior to departure, however snacks are available on board the aircraft. As with most other airlines, passport details are required prior to departure and this must be supplied by you on the Easyjet website. Unfortunately, this is a matter over which we have no control. To the best of our knowledge, there should be no extra costs for the services booked with us.
