Very good service provided by Anthony but the price was different from that quoted on the Holiday Gems web site hence I have rated the experience as Good rather than Excellent.

Thank you for your comments regarding our sales staff. Our website does state that the costs are not live and are subject to change at the time of confirmation. If the live costing is not acceptable the order may be cancelled and no monies taken.

Don't want t to make an issue of this because I was happy to complete the booking by telephone and this is the second time in a year I have used Holiday Gems but there was over £100 difference between the price quoted on the web site and the price I eventually had to pay.

We regret that you were not aware of the lack of checked bags. However, these are never included on a 3 day city break. Easyjet do not have an upper limit weight on the cabin bags, although they are size restricted. We do trust that despite this issue you had an enjoyable break and thank you for your otherwise positive comments.
