Your booking was made in response to a media advert and the recordings on your booking indicate that you were aware of the costs and accepted the booking as confirmed. We can find no record of queries made after the confirmation and the feedback we receive about the sales agent involved is normally excellent. That said, we do regret that you have found the process less than acceptable but are sure that you will enjoy your short break.
