Our website is not live and this is clearly displayed on every page of the order process. It is also clear, and reiterated in the terms and conditions to which you agreed when placing your order, that you are placing an order and not making a booking and there is a fundamental difference between the two. Should we not be able to honour the prices displayed on the website our agents, will endeavour to offer alternatives to remain in budget. You have the option to accept the change/costs or cancel the order and no funds will be taken. It is unreasonable to accept the alternatives and/or higher costs and complain thereafter. That said, we do regret that you have had cause to complain and trust that you will have a wonderful holiday.

I expected a company such as Holiday Gems to hide behind small print but the fact remains that they use false advertising to sell there Holidays
and have no problem in miss leading there customers in this way and /or wasting customers time when the are searching for there holiday

Whilst the information is shown in the terms and conditions, it is also shown on every pa of the order process and therefore we must refute the comments regarding small print. We endeavour to supply the information throughout and it is unfortunate when this is not read.

you need to check the facts before you reply our order / booking / inquires for this Holiday Wes all done over the phone with a Holiday Gems Rep:- and the same misleading tactics were used.

The holiday was booked confirmed by telephone but appears to have been originally sourced via the internet.

This is true and NO WERE on the web site did any of us see that the web site was not live or that the prices would be increased as they were,
and the Rep:- that took our details and give us the prices WAS LIVE and still the price was increased after we thought all was sorted
