Thank you to responding to the feedback. We had better things to do with our holiday and money it would cost to spend our time calling you guys every 5 minutes when there was a problem. When our holiday was originally cancelled and we received an email, we couldn't actually get hold of anyone, when we called the contact number it came up as number changed, then offices closed etc etc. We had to wait for one of your team to call us back. To be honest, the whole process was nothing but stress from the first booking being unavailable. Now I have had the time to read other reviews it looks like I am not the only one that has had issues. Also when i got back from holiday i took the time to read the reviews on the hotel you booked for us. You might want to do this yourselves prior to recommending hotels and given then a 5 start rating. Hope this gives you a better understanding from our point of view. I did take the time to take photo's of some of the faults at the hotel, but like I said, we had better things to do. With disappointment, we will not be booking another holiday with Holiday Gems Kind Regards Melanie
