We're sorry to learn that your experience at the outdoor pool was disappointing. During periods of exceptionally hot weather, the pool can become very popular. While the facility is open to both holiday guests, owners and leisure members we operate a pass check system and closely monitor capacity to ensure the pool remains safe for everyone. Unfortunately, once maximum capacity is reached, we cannot allow any additional guests to enter until space becomes available. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as you were looking forward to using the facilities included with your holiday. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue to review our procedures during peak periods. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the reserved parking and the pool umbrellas. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially when you've paid for a designated parking space. We're pleased to let you know that we're in the process of adding more umbrellas around the outdoor pool. Day visitors are also clearly informed that they must not park in allocated accommodation spaces, so we're sorry this wasn't adhered to during your stay.
