Thank you for your feedback regarding our service.
We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received this order and we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We do advise that parcels can take on average around 4-6 working days for parcels to arrive (which do not include weekends or bank holidays) so we should expect the parcel to be with you within the next few days. However, if you do not receive the order by the 8th July please do let us know and we will be more than happy to have a look into this further for you. Unfortunately we do have to allow fifteen working days to pass from the date of dispatch before we can investigate into the whereabouts of an order to allow for any delays etc.

Service was excellent,quick delivery and well packaged
Good quality no nonsense approach , kept in touch with progression of order, goods came well packaged , pleased with value especially as it was a very heavy parcel!
Packing for posting was poor. The box had two holes in it and only one strip of sellotape. No wonder it was damaged when it arrived!
Also the fact I had to pay to return it added insult to injury....
