I do apologise that your order was put in a box and packaged again in plastic, we do this so the item doesn't get damaged depending on the size and what is inside. Hello there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, I can confirm unfortunately that for standard deliveries we do advise it can take up to 7 working days from date of ordering for the parcel to be delivered I'm afraid which is in part due to the unhurried dispatch period which can take 1-4 working days to occur. We do offer faster delivery options but unfortunately these do have to be requested when viewing the basket prior to checkout. Kind regards,
