Good Morning, we are sorry you have had a negative delivery experience. It is always very difficult when a standard delivery service has been chosen as we are unable to track it. Amazon may be quicker but offers a tracked service. Royal Mail advise waiting up to 10 working days before claiming as items still arrive, as it has in this case too. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did, and we will pick this up with them, however it is very rare items taken this long. We hope you still choose to shop with Hive in the future.
