I had no complaints other than paying upfront instead of being billed for the insurance.

Tom - thanks for the feedback. In terms of payment, your are right that our payment method is debit or credit card only. I hope that the advisor explained that we allow the annual premium to be spread across the year - with no extra charge added. About 80% of our customers take this monthly instalment option.
