Refer a Friend scheme a bit of a scam?!

I tried to buy using the 'refer a friend' scheme but it was very unclear if this had been applied before purchasing, and if and when promised £50 would be credited. It felt like a false promise.

Top quality service

Quick to arrange, comprehensive cover, good value, highly recommended. Not yet had the experience of a claim (and hope I don't) so cannot comment on that.
