I have looked through your file, and have spoken to our care team regarding your communication. At this stage we are a little surprised and saddened to receive this feedback, given that our team have been working with you to resolve the issues and have closed the file, based on your acceptance of a settlement figure. 
Of course cars do occasionally go wrong but rest assured that when this happens, we are always here to help and put this right, with the most fair and appropriate action. I know that the care team assisted you with your warranty and this covered the part that failed on your car.  There’s no way to check this as part of the health check and unfortunately sometimes parts fail.  I can see that our care team have responded to you in full each and every time, and this is recorded on your account, and a gesture of goodwill was accepted for your inconvenience.
