We have had a look into this for you and initially we had arranged a delivery date with the manufacturer, however they admitted they forgot to book it in! When you drove to the dealership , they advised that the car had been scratched which is why they sent you home in a courtesy car and delivered you car 2 days later.
We have attempted to contact the dealership asking them to compensate you however we have not had a response. My recommendation would be really to contact the dealership as the issues you have encountered have unfortunately originated from their end.
