Thank you for your comment and for your time on the phone earlier. As we discussed, the invoice you received was issued in error by a member of staff who was trying to open a contract on another customer's account and mistakenly opened it on your's instead. The invoice, although immediately cancelled, was unfortunately still emailed to you and I'm sure came as a bit of a shock.
