Effective communication matters
I had to chase the order . Was told 3-5 days on the invoice and 8 days later had to chase it . Was told because it was a preorder order the delivery timescales don’t apply if that is the case then...

As discussed on our call I will speak to our marketing team so see we can re-word what is written on our invoices. I am pleased you are happy with your Box and I hope they have settled into their new home. Box is a slow growing evergreen plant and are perfect for neat border hedges as they are incredibly easy to maintain.
