I was contacted by Heatingoil.co.uk by telephone and we had a long discussion. It seemed to come as a shock to them that their customer was not happy and they inferred it was just training of one individual. I asked if they would be adding a comment on the feefo feedback and I was uncertain whether they would.
They still seem to be in denial that they are offering something to customers they have no intention of keeping. The 2-5 day process should be clearly defined to potential customers that this starts the day after ordering (the delivery driver said that the time we ordered should be the the start of the 5 day process). They did promise to make this very clear on their website.
Overall it is the ethos of the company that is at problem, not just an individual on the telephone.
I must now leave this communication here. It is up to the company to find the improvements.
