Appalling service. Oil arrived over a week late. No contact from heating oil at all. Rang on numerous occasions and was told they are really busy at the moment and shouldn’t be too long before...

DO NOT order oil from these guys Super Bad Service..
Over 4 weeks waiting for oil .. no communication and no follow up call no appologies. Even the manager couldn’t be bothered to contact me after asking 3 times for contact..The company is as shambles

Not satisfied
Took to long to confirm delivery date and then cancelled the day before sent an E: mail to them which was answered quickly and would you believe it turned up the next day

Fantastic service all round.
Fantastic, everything great, the driver shut the gates etc, i left him a note asking him what size tank i,d got and he took the time to fill it in.
