Very poor, the delivery date was 01/11 but it didn’t arrive till 3 weeks later despite reassurances by email.
I had to chase them several times

Communication is rubbish
I order oil and of course to my bank account shows they took money.
The part why I don't recommend is they meant to come by 15 on Friday of the month. I email, the delivery didn't happen on the 15...
