Good start. Shame about the rest

Bought policy with one person . When it came to renewal passed to someone else Had to go back and forth before settling on renewal. Should have been given all options at start.

Good information

It was good and informative. However, I felt they responded very late and a bit too close to due date and therefore not much time to consider options.
