Please accept my apologies. Bupa are in the process of refunding the overpayment. As you know, we notified Bupa on the 4th April and they said at the time the refund would take 21 days to appear in your account. We are hopeful the funds will be with you tomorrow. In the meantime we have raised a complaint on your behalf and are pursuing Bupa for some compensation for you. Apologies once again and thank you for your continued custom.
