Hello, we are sorry you felt this way when visiting the clinic recently. We completely understand that the current COVID situation has left us unable to offer the full on welcoming environment our whole team strives to achieve on a usual daily basis. Obviously, we have to ensure the safety of both yourself and our staff hence our full PPE - which although offers higher protection, it leaves it harder to be personable. Many thanks, H&A.
