Our sincerest apologies for being unable to fulfil your reservation with us. There are certain products on our website that are on request from our vendor and because our vendor didn't have the availability for this on the date that you had requested, we had no option but to let you know what had happened and ask you how you'd like to proceed. We can appreciate how you must have been looking forward to enjoying this activity and apologize for not delivering on our word. We assure you we are constantly working on bettering our inventory checks to ensure that we can provide what we are offering to our customers.
