Our apologies that we did not have the desired date and time for your Guided visit to the Vatican. As a third party vendor, we rely on our operators to provide us with updated availability for any tour, however, there are times when the requested time and date are not available. We did our best to provide you alternate time slots or the option of a full refund for this booking, as is our company policy. However, we cannot and do not cancel already confirmed bookings in order to accommodate another, hence we couldn't grant your request for cancellation of a different booking altogether so you could go to the Vatican. Since the tickets you had booked had dated and timed entry, it would not have been possible for us to have cancelled or rescheduled your tickets to the Colosseum. Please do check your email to find an update regarding this booking.
