Overall I thought the service was excellent and the products I received on my first delivery were very good I will know what the customers response is like over the next few weeks as I said the only thing that disappeared me was that I didn't get the 10 per cent off my first order I thought this would have been done automatically as you emailed me back to thank me for my first order and when I phoned I was told I had to tick a box to get the discount like felt this was not explained clearly I will be placing further orders
