After 12 weeks, the natural fillings in your mattress should start to settle which will help soften the mattress to your chosen tension. This can take some getting used to, but after 12 weeks, you should begin to feel the difference. We recommend rotating and turning your mattress every couple of weeks for the first 3 months to aid this process.
