Good afternoon!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your review of your time here at Happy. We're really glad that you found the atmosphere so welcoming, it is a core goal of the company and we're always really pleased to hear that it has been a success.

Also thank you for your comments regarding your trainer, we strive for the highest standard of excellence with our trainers and the feedback is certainly welcome.

We hope to see you for further training in the future,

Good afternoon

I’m really sorry to hear that the course was not the right one for you and it didn't meet your expectations. This course is aimed towards managers of all levels, not just at managers who are working at senior level – however we are taking your comments on board and will pass them to the trainer. We are always looking at ways to improve our courses and your feedback is very valuable. We have also received your email with more detailed feedback but have not responded at your request, but if there is anything more we can do to make it a better experience for you, e.g. if you would like a refund, please do get in touch with us.

Best wishes,

Claire @ Happy
