But we're sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with your digital magazine access. Occassionally we do experince some issues within the App store that are out of our control, but we are continually working to resolve these and deliver you the experience you expect.

I asked both in subscription form ( which is worded to fool you) and in subsequent emails to not be placed on a spam/email list. Of course they keep spamming me. I will not use their service every...
