despite numerous e mails, confirming my end date of subscription, I still received letters saying my subscription was about to end when in fact it had a few months to run. I also have not received...

Magazines great but when i subscribed i was told i would recieve a fly rod also and still have heard no word. Can you's let me know anything about it.?? Or when i will recieve it. Thanks
