Unfortunately at this time we do only offer the digital versions on both Apple and Google Play via digital devices as stated on the website. We are continually making changes to our Apps though so we hope that one day you will also be able to enjoy the digital magazine as you desire.

Hi Mark. Thanks for leaving us your feedback. I believe that from the image you've sent us it's because you've entered both your first and surname in the 'surname' field. Your customer number is correct and your subscription is live. Please try just entering your surname.
