Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your experience with our Airport Express airport shuttle service. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with the arrangements concerning your transfer. It is worth mentioning that the pickup location is not in Reykjavik but in the next township of Kopavogur where we will normally collect passengers on the outbound journey to the airport. This is why our staff would let you know of the different arrangements for this location. I do hope that your trip to the airport was otherwise pleasant.
