Beautiful scenery, uncomfortable bus!

Tour area was beautiful! Could not hear guide for first part of trip. Bus full to capacity, so felt a bit like a sardine! But worth it for the beauty of Iceland!

Thank you for your feedback and the possibility to misunderstand the timings although the next sentence mentions that pickup from hotels will start 30 minutes before departure listed. Some additional information has been put in to the booking confirmation in order to avoid any misunderstanding about the timings

Thank you for writing to us about your experience with our airport shuttle service. The booking was made for our 12:30 departure from main terminal with pickup 30 minutes prior. Our hotel shuttle pickup was at your hotel at 12:03 but could not find you unfortunately - a refund has been processed for the missed transfer
