Thank you for writing your review of our airport transfer service and the South Coast and Waterfalls tour. It is important for us to receive feedback from our passengers as we strive to improve our services at all times and keep up what we do right. It is unfortunate that you had a negative experience with our airport service and the handling of the luggage, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. The airport coaches cannot go into Reykjavik center and smaller shuttles will take passengers quickly to their hotels. This may seem inconvenience but does save time in the end.
A cracked windscreen is certainly not one of our trademarks but a challenge we face in our Northern hemisphere where temperatures vary greatly and some of our country roads can be difficult resulting in damages to our vehicles. Again due to our distance, the replacement of a windscreen when not readily available in inventory,  may take a few days to be delivered but is certainly done as quickly as possible.
