Greyline forgot to pick us up for the Whale watching, after 30 minutes waiting in the cold and some investigation we only just made the boat. Golden Circle Tour was very rushed, and we had to wait...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The pick-up service for the whale watching tour can take up to 45 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience cause by the delay on your Golden Circle Express tour, since this is an "express" tour, the stops at each location are shorter than on our regular Golden Circle Classic. I hope you were still able to enjoy the sights on the tour.

Good morning,

Thank you for your review.

Good to hear that you got to experience the wonders of the Aurora Borealis. Could you be more specific regarding the previous tours and what was lacking? We appreciate all reviews and we are always improving our services.

Looking forward to hear from you,

I have used your company previously (when the old meeting point was behind the office) so was expecting a little more. There was no information given about the city or local sights, just a brief introduction and nothing until about 30 mins later when the nature of the northern lights were explained. I remember that the Gull brewery was pointed out and information about the making of beer was given last time, as well as other interesting facts. I was just a little bit bored and it would have been nice to get a bit more, wider information about the city

The guide was great however he should realize who his audience is. He talked as if he was talking about his college buddies. Talking about sex, cursing and making racist, sexual, homophobic comments...

Thank you for your feedback, all input is appreciated. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your Game of Thrones tour. The tour guide on your tour last week goes all-in in his character interpretation as you might have noticed! His candid demeanor on the tour matches the spirit of the TV show, which might not be for everyone. We will however take a note of your review, and look into whether the language can be toned down a bit without jeopardizing the feeling of authenticity.
