The booking confirmation sent to you with your transfer details states the following: "Pick up from hotels and guesthouses starts 30 minutes before the tour departure time stated on your voucher. " This means that if you select the 03:00 departure, the pick-up starts at 02:30. We sent a driver to collect you at that time, who reported you as "no show" at 02:35. The driver then had to continue on his route to collect other passengers and was unfortunately not able to call you.

I am glad to hear that you were able to catch the next bus instead, we have frequent scheduled departures and if passengers miss their bus we try our best to accommodate them on the next one.
