Thank you for writing your review, very much unfortunate that there seems to have been a misunderstanding about the procedure with our airport shuttle service. Passengers will always be collected from their hotels first and brought to our main terminal for the airport coach directly from there to the airport. It is essential to allow plenty of time for the airport check-in and arrive at the airport with at least 2 hours until flight departure.

The voucher said pickup from Hlemmer bus stop 10 at 12.30, duration 45mins. However from Hlemmer it took us to the main bus terminal where we were told by your staff we got on the wrong bus at Hlemmer and now had to wait for a bus leaving the main terminal at 1.30 so total duration ended up being 1 hour and 45mins instead of 45mins because of the long wait at the main terminal.

This is related to Blue Lagoon itself. Is really nothing special about this place and it overrated. But overall Gray Line other tours were fantastic 5 stars.

Thank you for writing your review about the Blue Lagoon it is unfortunate that you did not like their services. Glad to see that our service was up to standards. Perhaps the right place to write about Blue Lagoon would be on their page?
