Online booking was easy but your explanations were a bit vague concerning mansion tour times. We weren’t sure if this was included in overall tour or additional.

User friendly interface. Easy to book. It would be better if there are more tour options. I was specifically looking at Middleton place but didn't find such a tour.

I had difficulty scheduling the trip. I waited until the next day and it went through very easily. Not sure what was happening but the day it didn't work was Christmas Day.
