The service has been excellent. They've dealt with all the queries regarding changing delivery days with no issues and kept me updated throughout.

Not happy with customer service
Had a wrong size roll delivered
No solution was agreed to
We had to re order another roll at our cost then wait until the roll was returned to get a refund
