UPDATE - I originally had an ariel cable re-positioned by Grand Digital but it wasn't tested at the time by them and now I have connected a TV to it and it doesn't work! I have called Grand Digital and was told they would send the technician back as part of their guarantee, but 5 days now since the first call and I've heard nothing! I have made several phone calls, and was told each time I would be contacted by the technician but still nothing. I had originally thought they were a great company as they were very quick to send someone round to do the work and even quicker taking my money, but I am now retracting that feedback, this lack of response from them is appalling. The work they did was minimal since the ariel cable was all there from a previous working connection and all the technician had to do was drill a hole to a new position and thread the ariel cable through. For this I was charged £150. The ariel does not work and I'm left with no service and having to keep chasing them to get them to do something about it!!!!

Prompt service…..all completed within 2 hours of my enquiry. Personable engineer. Diagnosed only need for “quick” fix. Bit pricey…..£78 for 15 minute diagnosis/fix.
