Good afternoon We have consulted the engineer who made the visit. He made a 20 minute diversion to try and get parking at the hotel in the city centre of York. When he eventually got to the car park, four people confronted him asking him to move as the allocated spot suggested by the hotel was not his to use. We are sorry we were unable to assist on this occasion but unless engineers have suitable parking its impossible to work as they need access to their van with tools and equipment etc. Kind Regards, The Grande Digital Team
