Good morning -- If we can firstly clear up regarding "not local as stated", if we can quote from our website; "We’ve developed a network of TV aerial & satellite engineers that work safely, professionally, and put you, the customer, at the heart of everything they do. Because we only work with local technicians, they can usually be with you on the same day." We do advise on price without obligation before any work is carried out, also there was no call out charge, so the only expense to yourself as such was your time. As for being harassed with calls, we will look into what happened here and forward your comments to our service team.
