Hi Kim,
We are truly sorry to hear your experience of buying products on Graduation World. Once placed, an order for a custom product cannot be cancelled as we make custom hoods and gowns individually for each customer to ensure high quality standards. With regards to the delivery, we tried to correct the address as quickly as possible to make sure your product got to you in time. Unfortunately despite requesting that UPS deliver as early as possible, it didn't get there on time. Again, we apologize for this experience.

The color was wrong and the grad year was a 4 digit 2016 instead of two digit 16 that our HS was using.

Thanks for the feedback Maya. Graduation World carries the industry's standard colors suitable for all schools across the USA. There may be a rare occasion when our color is very slightly different to another vendors' color.
With regards to the year date, we offer a two digit bling year date with every tassel product. You would need to pick this option when selecting your product. I hope you can have a better experience with Graduation World in the future.
