I would like to address your comment regarding (according to Golf breaks your contract is with the hotel and not themselves). This is exactly correct. When you make a UK Hotel Booking, we will act as an agent in the booking of your hotel accommodation. Your contract will be with the hotel and their booking conditions will apply. As agent, we accept no responsibility for the provision of the accommodation by the hotel (including its facilities and services) with whom you have a contract. All hotel accommodation that we provide or that is sold through us is not an offer by us to sell any accommodation, but an invitation to you to make an offer to the hotel. We are authorised to accept that offer on behalf of the hotel or to reject it. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in line with your instructions. Which we completed accurately.
Golfbreaks.com is not a terms and conditions based company rather we employ a customer centric approach. The necessary parameters are in place in order to protect our customers and Golfbreaks.com. This being said, if there is an issue our customers need assistance with we will always support with the aim to reach the best possible outcome.
